India’s rapidly expanding entertainment market is creating unprecedented scale for major players, with JioStar – the country’s biggest media conglomerate – reaching over 760 million monthly television viewers while its digital platform JioHotstar engages 400 million active users, CEO-entertainment Kevin Vaz said.

Speaking at the Asia TV Forum and Market in Singapore, Vaz outlined how India’s demographic profile and digital infrastructure are positioning the country as a content powerhouse capable of reshaping global storytelling.
