A home is drawing hundreds of visitors every night thanks to its spectacular Christmas display. The dazzling show features music-synced lights, singing penguins and a giant homemade projector screen.
For Ian Wilkinson, who lives on Bowland Close in Runcorn, the festive extravaganza is a year-round project. The 60-year-old spends months hand-crafting each decoration and said he has been transforming his home in extravagant style for around 40 years.
Ian told the ECHO : "I love to make things. All of my decorations are homemade and I just thoroughly enjoy it. This year I've added four or five new pieces. Sometimes I’ll get rid of something and replace it with something new so there’s always something a little different for people who come back every year."
