A Barnstable Superior Court judge has sentenced Tishaun K. Miller, 44, of East Bridgewater, to life in prison without the possibility of parole for his role in the 2022 stabbing death of Douglas M. Rose in Falmouth.
A jury convicted Miller on November 20 of first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and daytime breaking and entering for a felony following a three-week trial.
Prosecutors said the killing occurred on September 22, 2022, after Rose allegedly stole drugs from Kimberly A. McCarthy. According to evidence presented in court, McCarthy drove Miller, Charee Rainey, and Vincent Purdie to 250 Davisville Road to confront Rose. Rainey broke into the home, chased Rose outside, and toward Miller, who grabbed him. Prosecutors said Miller and Rainey then repeatedly stabbed Rose bef
