Disorderly conduct: Gaslight Lane
A Euclid woman, 28, was cited for disorderly conduct after she was seen urinating near the Hamilton House apartments.
She said that she had to relieve herself and did not want to do so in her pants.
The woman had been released from the city jail about three hours earlier after an earlier arrest for theft at Marc’s.
Theft: Eastgate Drive
A Euclid woman, 28, was arrested at Marc’s Nov. 22 for the theft of a Lunchables and bulk candy.
During the incident, she also encouraged another customer to grab a handful of candy and not pay for it.
Fraud: Mayfield Road
The city’s finance department reported Nov. 13 that a fraudulent attempt had been made to cash a check on the city’s account but was unsuccessful.
