A multi-vehicle crash on a major motorway is causing huge delays for drivers this morning.

The collision has happened on the M25 anti-clockwise between junction 17 for Rickmansworth and junction 16 for the M40 at the Denham Interchange. Two of the Hertfordshire four lanes are currently closed anti-clockwise.

There are currently more than 90 minutes of delays on approach, National Highways says. 07:39 KEY EVENT

The exact location of the multi-vehicle crash on the M25 in Hertfordshire remains unclear, but the incident is affecting traffic on the M17 at Rickmansworth and junction 16 for the M40.
