A war film branded by audiences as "raw and gritty" and showing the brutal reality of World War Two is set to broadcast on Film4 this evening.

The 2014 release Fury chronicles soldiers during April 1945, as Allied forces mount their concluding offensive across Europe. Battle-hardened Army sergeant Don "Wardaddy" Collier commands a Sherman tank alongside his five-man crew, embarking on a perilous mission deep behind enemy lines.

Vastly outnumbered, outmatched in firepower and burdened with a green recruit amongst their ranks, Wardaddy and his team confront insurmountable challenges as they advance towards the core of Nazi Germany.
