A family has been devastated after a pregnant mother tragically died in her sleep aged just 22. Charlie Comer was in good health , physically fit, and eagerly anticipating the birth of her second child.

At 20 weeks into her pregnancy and experiencing only mild morning sickness, she appeared to be progressing well, according to her mother, 42-year-old Carrie Burns. Whilst Charlie "had her issues" previously, she had made a significant turnaround and dramatically enhanced her mental wellbeing.

Carrie revealed that Charlie was "flourishing" and was eagerly awaiting the arrival of her new baby - who she had chosen to call Arlo.
