A new recycling campaign in Fayetteville aims to educate the public on what items belong in blue recycling bins.

The city announced Nov. 17 that the Solid Waste Division is launching Recycling Right: Fayetteville’s Guide to Smarter Recycling.

The news release said the initiative "focuses on reducing contamination in recycling loads and reminding residents that small changes at home make a big difference in keeping Fayetteville clean, sustainable and safe.
