PALMER LAKE, Colo. (KKTV) - The Palmer Lake Board of Trustees voted Tuesday night to appoint a new member to fill the vacant Trustee seat.
The vote comes after residents voted in a September special election to remove two trustees and approve a ballot initiative on annexations.
Tony Beltran will fill the vacant seat through the November 2026 regular municipal election, according to the Town of Palmer Lake.
Officials said Beltran was selected and sworn in after the Board’s earlier review of four applicants and completion of interviews.
Beltran’s selection brings the board back to full membership.
