Wanda Wallace

RIVERDALE — In the Tuesday, Dec. 2 runoff election for Riverdale City Council Ward 3, incumbent Wanda Wallace retained her seat.

Wallace received 137 votes (53.72%) while challenger Valerie Rachel received 118 (46.27%).

In the Nov. 4 election, the candidates tied with 111 votes each, leading to the December runoff.
