The Cleveland Browns have signed former Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Mark Robinson to their practice squad. Robinson was released by the Steelers lsat week after re-joining the team for a month.
Robinson played two games for the Steelers in November. He joined the team to play special teams when there were injuries in the room, but with the full healthy complement of linebackers back, the team is moving on from Robinson.
Robinson was cut by the New York Jets on October 21. He joined the team after being signed off the New England Patriots’ practice squad.
Robinson played in three games for the Patriots after being elevated from the practice squad, and seemingly would have been promoted to the 53-man roster before the Jets swooped him and grabbed him.
