Airlines across the United States continue to face lawsuits. Delta is tangled in a lawsuit against the U.S. government over its Mexico flight partnership with Aeromexico , which was ended by government officials. We've also seen American Airlines tangled in a lawsuit after a disabled passenger was abandoned overnight at Miami International Airport .
This class action lawsuit involving Southwest Airlines is an entirely different animal. The case was launched in 2019, and most felt a solution would never be reached between the two sides.
