MILLIONS of young workers want to work from home because they are scared of making phone calls in front of colleagues.

New findings have revealed that more than one in five Gen Z who are due to enter the workplace for the first time admit they are dreading it.

And 68% said they wished they never had to go into an office with others, according to the life skills study from Trinity College London..

Topping the list of workplace anxieties were working with people, followed by having to do small talk and phone anxiety.
