'Tis the season of cold, snowy, icy, exciting, adventurous, and any other word you use to describe wintertime in Wyoming. When the snow falls, the boots, gloves, hats, scarves, and ice skates all come out. Kids are excited to make a snowman, or have a snowball fight, and sip on hot chocolate when they're warming up.

I've said it before, and I'll repeat it: Casper looks like the setting for a Hallmark Christmas movie.

If you don't believe me, head to David Street Station for the next couple of months. The lights are twinkling, the big community Christmas tree is up in the middle of the ice skating rink, and people are moving about in downtown. Go look it up ; those are all highlighted plots in every Hallmark Christmas Movie.
