"Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The Final Show" is finally coming to Disney+ on December 12.

The concert film was captured in Vancouver, B.C. at the final show of the record-breaking Eras tour and features the set of "The Tortured Poets Department," the album Swift released during the record-breaking tour.

"We've had so long to prepare for the end of this tour. And we get to play one last show for you here tonight," Swift says in the trailer. She also says this was "the most thrilling chapter in my entire life to date." The full video is in the player above.
