As a resident of Baltimore County all my life, I am very happy for outgoing Baltimore County Inspector General Kelly Madigan and wish her well in her new endeavor as IG for Howard County ( “Baltimore County Inspector General Kelly Madigan resigning to become Howard County IG,” Dec.1).

After all, how many times must an employee suffer in a “Petticoat Junction” work environment before the water tower collapses?
