With cold temperatures and wind chills expected to hit Michigan starting Wednesday night, Dec. 3, Michigan residents should wear the right clothing and use caution when going outside for extended periods.
Experts say, in most cases, you can safely get outside for at least a little while, but when the wind chill is minus 18 or more, being outside for long periods of time can be especially dangerous.
