CAYCE, S.C. — An undercover narcotics operation led by Cayce Police Department's Street Crimes Unit, with assistance from Patrol and Investigations, has led to the arrest of one suspect.

The operation targeted illegal narcotics activity in the Cayce community and during the investigation, officers were able to make controlled purchases from a known drug dealer, leading to the arrest of the suspect.

Roheem Bell has been charged with trafficking methamphetamine, trafficking cocaine, trafficking crack cocaine, and possession with the intent to distribute marijuana.
