Ohio U.S. Sen. Bernie Moreno has introduced legislation that would outlaw dual citizenship for Americans.

Introduced Monday, the Exclusive Citizenship Act of 2025 seeks to establish that "citizens of the United States shall owe sole and exclusive allegiance to the United States," according to the beginning of the act. Advertisement
