CINCINNATI (WXIX) - A 29-year-old man faces charges in the hit-and-run crash that killed a 15-year-old Moeller High School student.
Dylan Straughn, 15, died Oct. 7, two days after being struck in the area of Colerain and Daly roads while apparently riding a bike, according to Colerain Township police.
A Hamilton County grand jury indicted Jehoshua Spence earlier this week on a felony count of failing to stop after a crash and one misdemeanor, driving under a financial responsibility law suspension/cancellation (for not having auto insurance).
Police found the vehicle that hit the teen nearly 24 hours later and identified the driver, according to a township spokeswoman, but his name was not released until his indictment came out Monday.
