TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo women’s volleyball is headed to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in program history.
The Rockets will face No. 4 seed Indiana in a first-round match on Thursday in Bloomington.
The full bracket was announced Sunday on ESPN. Players, coaches and fans gathered at Savage Arena for a selection show event as the Rockets learned their tournament destination.
Both first-round matches will be held at Wilkinson Hall. American and Colorado will open play at 3 p.m., followed by Toledo vs. Indiana about 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first match. The winners will meet in a second-round contest on Friday at 6 p.m.
Toledo enters the tournament 23-10 after winning the Mid-American Conference Championship on Nov. 23 with a 3-1 victory over Western Michigan. The Rock
