Department lauded for the success of its Remote Patient Care Monitoring and Chronic Disease Management program
Christmas came early for members of Oxford County Paramedic Services, who received provincial recognition for their Remote Care Monitoring and Chronic Disease Management Program.
The team, along with its allied partners, was recognized with the Ontario Health System Quality & Innovation Award – Category 2: Patient-Reported Experience Measurement, during a Nov. 25 ceremony in Toronto.
