Bhatkal Tanzeem elections to be held on April 12; December 6 set as deadline for new membership

Bhatkal: The general elections of Majlis-e-Islah wa Tanzeem Bhatkal for the three-year term will be held on April 12, 2026. According to General Secretary Maulavi Abdul Raqeeb M.J. Nadvi , only those members will be eligible to vote whose membership is valid and who have cleared all outstanding dues. As per the Tanzeem’s by-laws, members with pending dues must clear them on or before January 12, 2026, which is three months prior to the election date.

Speaking to reporters, Mr. Nadvi explained that new members will be allowed to vote only if they have submitted their membership applications before midnight of December 6, and their membership is approved in the Executive Committee meeting scheduled on December 12.
