Macomb Community College has launched a search for the school's next president.

The college's board of trustees hired the Washington, D.C.-based firm RH Perry & Associates to conduct the national search. Those interested in applying or want to nominate a candidate can do so on the firm's website .

The firm, which specializes in searches for university executives, has also created a profile for the next president to assist with the search.

A 14-member Presidential Search Advisory Committee consisting of two members of the college’s board of trustees, three members representing community organization partners, one student, one member of the college’s senior leadership and seven college staff members representing different employee groups was appointed by the board.
