The tools were stolen while Ironmonger was working at a job site in Owen Sound, and his truck was stolen by someone fleeing from the police. During an ensuing chase, the tools spilled out of the back of the truck and were lost.

“These tools are his livelihood, and without them, it’s difficult for him to do what he does best — help others. His insurance deductible alone is $2,500, and we’re unsure how much, if any, of the tool replacement costs will be covered,” said
