Washington County judge: Can’t argue dead man at fault over seat belt in Fayetteville murder case involving police chase

FAYETTEVILLE -- Lawyers for a man accused of killing another man in a collision during a police chase won't be able to argue the death was the result of the defendant being chased by police or that the other man shared fault for his own death by not wearing a seat belt.
