ANDOVER TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WOIO) - The suspect accused of repeatedly breaking into a dead Ashtabula County man’s home to steal his belongings, knowing his body was inside, has been identified.

The Ashtabula County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Thurmond F.
