Kelly Osbourne says that her brother Jack in changing in the I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here jungle - and it's for the best.

The star was in Birmingham today to collect the Lord Mayor's Award which was given, posthumously, to her dad Ozzy.

Ozzy would have been 77 today and this is the Osbourne family's first birthday without him.

Jack is spending the day in the I'm A Celeb jungle in Australia.

Ozzy died back in July, weeks after his final gig at Villa Park Stadium and today he was given one of the highest civic honours possible at a private ceremony at the Council House in Birmingham city centre .

Speaking following the ceremony, Kelly got emotional as she spoke of missing her brother on their dad's special day.
