Rolling Acres Trail construction in Fair Oaks Ranch began Dec. 1, temporarily closing lanes and implementing traffic signals throughout construction.

What’s happening?

The Rolling Acres Trail and Willow Wind/Red Bud Hill Water Line Replacement Project began in August to replace approximately 5,600 feet of aging water mains, including 3,300 feet along Willow Wind Drive/Red Bud Hill and 2,300 feet along Rolling Acres Trail.

Willow Wind Drive Replacements were completed in October, while Red Bud Hill remains under construction until around Dec. 10, according to the city website .

Construction on Rolling Acres Trail began Dec. 1 and is expected to be completed in early February.
