A cause of death has been determined for Brazilian influencer Barbara Jankavski , widely known as the “Human Barbie,” who was found dead last month at the age of 31 .

Jankavski, famous online for undergoing 27 plastic surgeries, was discovered unresponsive on Nov. 2 inside the São Paulo home of 51-year-old public defender Renato Campos Pinto de Vitto.

Authorities have concluded Jankavski died of a heart attack from an accidental overdose of cocaine , according to local outlet g1. However, Jankavski’s family believes that she may have been murdered and are pushing to have the case brought before a court.
