The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Mary Cosby’s son, Robert Cosby Jr., pleaded guilty to trespassing and assault months after several incidents involving his estranged wife, Alexandria Cosby, and her father, Us Weekly can report.

On November 25, Robert pleaded guilty to assault, trespassing and violating a protective order, according to court documents obtained by Us.

People reported that several other charges filed against Robert were dropped.

The judge denied Robert’s request to be released from custody. He will remain behind bars until his sentencing in February.

Robert was arrested following an incident involving his wife, identified as A.S. in the paperwork, on September 5. Court docs note Robert, 22, and A.S. are separated. A.S. is currently living with her parents, and R
