Plans to redevelop the former site of the Gaslight District Diner on Elm Street in Manchester as a six-story mixed-use building with up to 50 apartments go before the city planning board Thursday.
Coral 516 Elm LLC bought the property at 516 Elm St. for $1.5 million in August 2024. The diner closed its doors on May 25.
Fuss and O’Neill has submitted a site plan application for a six-story multi-use building that includes up to 7,875 square feet of commercial space on the first floor and up to 50 residential units on the upper floors.
The residential unit mix currently includes 39 apartments, including 16 studios or one bedroom, 18 two bedrooms and 5 three bedrooms apartments with a subsurface parking garage. The number of parking levels is yet to be determined. The current floor plans i
