Vidit Aatrey, CMD and Chief Executive Officer of Meesho , said the company's two major revenue engines — logistics and advertising — will scale non-linearly as the platform grows. Margins are also expected to meaningfully strengthen, as they are structurally high-margin businesses.
The logistics business is improving as order volumes increase, allowing Meesho to run operations more efficiently. Advertising is becoming stronger as more sellers join and compete for visibility.
He noted that the company has improved its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) performance over the past two years while consistently generating positive free cash flow, and he expects this trend to continue going forward.
