A new series 6 bar liquor license is being sought for Hitching Post Saloon in Apache Junction.

The Apache Junction City Council on Dec. 2 voted unanimously to recommend that the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control approve the license for the business at 2341 N. Apache Trail.

“We did a public hearing posting at the establishment on Oct. 30,” City Clerk Evie McKinney told the council. “Correspondence was received from the Apache Junction Police Department, Development Services, and the Superstition Fire (and Medical District). All entities found compliance with the inspection requirements.”

Mehmood Mohiuddin is the agent and owner.
