ORCHARD PARK — Buffalo Bills cornerback Christian Benford was announced Wednesday as the Week 13 AFC Defensive Player of the Week.

Benford recorded two tackles, a tackle for loss, an interception and a fumble recovery for a 17-yard touchdown in the Bills' 26-7 win Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The touchdown gave Buffalo its first lead of the game, one it did not relinquish. The interception came on the ensuing Steelers' drive.
