NEW DELHI: It was a day of hectic parleys among top BJP netas, including PM Narendra Modi , at his Parliament office amid an impending decision on the next party president and growing speculation over political equations in Jharkhand. Home minister Amit Shah, accompanied by BJP president J P Nadda and party general secretary (Organisation) B L Santhosh, met the PM for more than an hour. The presence of Santhosh was seen as an indication that the party brass may announce Nadda’s replacement anytime; however, this was not confirmed by party netas, who chose to remain tight-lipped over the meeting’s agenda.
