The Pulaski County Elections Commission has selected two precincts for early voting in the Democratic primary election to fill the House District 70 seat -- one in Sherwood and one Little Rock.
The commission designated the Pulaski County Regional Building, at 501 W. Markham St. in Little Rock, and First Christian Church, 2803 Kiehl Ave. in Sherwood as the polling places.
The decision Tuesday night by the Elections Commission bypassed using any location in North Little Rock for the special election. For election day on Jan. 6, voters will have six locations in North Little Rock and four in Sherwood to cast their ballots.
