Western Mass News crews have observed French Street for a good portion of Wednesday. The road wasn’t cleared.

That has forced residents to express frustration and even take action.

John Sedgwick decided to help himself and some of his neighborhood out on Wednesday morning. Just hours after our first snowfall during the cold season, he grabbed his shovel, cleared his driveway, and even removed some snow from the road that appears to have not been dealt with, “it looks like they just went up once to the middle and didn’t do both sides.
