Drugs: Jason Overbaugh, 37, address not provided, was arrested on Washington Avenue at 10:57 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2, by Kingston police and charged with the misdemeanors of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia. Overbaugh was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Catskill

Drugs: Siarra R. Gergami, 32, of Cairo, and Michael Hollywood, 40, of Coxsackie, were arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:17 a.m. and 8:51 a.m., respectively, on Tuesday, Dec. 2
