During the latest episode of The One Show , BBC host Alex Jones and Clara Amfo were quick to mention Jamie Olivier's tribute to the late Michael Mosley.

In June last year, the TV star got lost during a mountainous walk on holiday in Greece and was sadly discovered dead four days later.

An inquest into his death saw senior coroner for Buckinghamshire, Crispin Butler, state that Michael's death was classified as 'indeterminate' and "was most likely attributable either to heatstroke (accidental) or non-identified pathological cause".

Throughout his career, Michael was known for inspiring people to improve their health by making positive lifestyle changes. He also popularised the 5:2 diet, an intermittent fasting diet.
