NEW DELHI: BJP Wednesday reacted furiously to the remarks of two Congress CMs “mocking” Hinduism and recalled a series of similar comments made by the functionaries of INDIA bloc to ask Rahul Gandhi if insulting Hindu gods has become a part of his party’s strategy. “How many gods do Hindus believe in? Three crore? Why so many? One god for the unmarried — Hanuman. Another for those who marry twice. And another for those who drink alcohol,” Telangana CM Revanth Reddy said in Telugu at an event, according to its translation posted by BJP. Himachal CM Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu was seen in a viral video telling a group of youngsters as to why they are using “Radhe Radhe” greeting, drawing BJP’s ire.
