ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- The public access boat ramp at Woodburn Road has been permanently closed due to a new addition that will help water distribution in the area.

The Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority realized the southern reservoirs had large watersheds but not much storage, unlike the Ragged Mountain Reservoir.
