The holiday season kicks off with Santa Sunday in the Park on Dec. 7 from 1 to 3 p.m., hosted by the Gananoque Lions Club. Santa and Mrs. Claus are set to arrive at 1 p.m. at the Bandshell, with free hot chocolate provided by Laverne’s, along with Christmas music, games, and ornament decorating at the Visitor Centre. A second Santa Sunday in the Park will take place on Dec. 14, hosted by Downtown Gananoque. Families can again enjoy music, festive activities, and treat bags for children.

The celebrations continue on Dec. 17 with the annual Holiday Ice Show presented by the Gananoqu
