ALEXANDRIA, Va. — A Northern Virginia family is pleading for help in finding 78-year-old Quang Hang.

His daughter, Betsy Hang told WUSA9 he's been missing since Monday afternoon. She and her family are especially worried because he has memory issues and is also on blood pressure medication, medication he hasn't had access to since Monday afternoon.

She says her dad left his Chantilly home around 2:30 p.m. Monday to get his car inspected in Leesburg. When he didn't return a few hours later, she says her mother became concerned and called her and her brother. "Like my dad doesn't go out late, you know, he's not supposed to," she said.

The family contacted the mechanic who was expecting him, but "the mechanic said that my dad never showed up," Betsy said.
