Frederick County Council President Brad Young said the council will likely enact a data center overlay map near Adamstown that's a hybrid of proposals from the county executive's office and the Planning Commission.

The council will take up the matter at a public hearing on Dec. 16 and is tentatively scheduled for a final vote on Dec. 23.
