70-year-old woman arrested, accused of making threats against Richmond School staff

WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 70-year-old woman was charged with disorderly conduct after threatening staff at Richmond School in the Village of Lisbon.

According to the criminal complaint, on Monday, Dec. 1, the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department responded to Richmond School for a reported threats complaint.

A teacher at the school told police that several students came up and said that there was a dog on school grounds. The teacher saw a group of students surrounding the dog and a woman, identified as 70-year-old Judith Plough, walk up and start talking to the group of students.
