NBCC (India) Limited has secured five construction and redevelopment orders worth ₹665 crore, with the largest, worth ₹642.82 crore project, awarded by the Ghaziabad Development Authority, the company said in an exchange filing on Wednesday, December 3.
The Ghaziabad Development Authority’s order is for the redevelopment of Tulsi Niketan in Ghaziabad.
A second order, valued at ₹4.05 crore, came from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) for renovation of the Hyderabad COE, repair and renovation of the EIRC Building in Kolkata, and structural, plumbing, sanitary and interior work at the Kottayam Chapter building.
The National Forensic Science University awarded NBCC a ₹6.95-crore contract to renovate its guest house at the Delhi campus.
