AUBURN — Alex Golesh was back in front of a microphone on the hardwood, addressing the crowd at Auburn basketball 's game against NC State on Wednesday, Dec. 3.
The newly minted Auburn football coach was fresh off a busy day to start the early signing period , and he let those in the stands know the work wasn't stopping anytime soon.
"This is surreal. We got here Sunday afternoon, and we've worked every minute for the last four days to put this class together," Golesh said. "We're working on keeping our guys here. We're working on putting a staff together. And listen, every single person we talk to talks about how special this place is. Four days in, I think this is the best place in the country.
