The New Hartford girls volleyball squad is on a mission to redeem itself following a tough ending to the 2024 campaign.
The Spartans, last season’s Section III Class A runner-up, brought most of their team back after losing just three seniors to graduation.
Before New Hartford can take on the sectional tournament, the team must trek through a challenging Tri-Valley League this season.
The Spartans faced Central Valley Academy, a TVL Pioneer Division foe, on the road Wednesday evening.
New Hartford got off to a slow start, but came away with a 3-1 win.
