The French Embassy in India extended warm wishes on the occasion of Navy Day 2025.

In a post on X, the French Embassy said, “Congratulations @IndianNavy on #NavyDay2025. The France-India naval cooperation is strengthened through boosting India’s strategic autonomy with Rafale Marines, our Maritime Cooperation Dialogue, regular joint exercises & patrols, together upholding a free, open & secure #IndoPacific.”

The Indian Navy will celebrate Navy Day 2025 with an Operational Demonstration on December 4 at Shangumugham, Thiruvananthapuram, a press release said.

This is in continuation of the Indian Navy’s effort to organise the event at a location other than major Naval stations. Previously, it was held at Puri in Odisha and Sindhudurg in Maharashtra.
